A qualified Recruitment Professional (ERF CertRP), Careers Coach, Psychometric Assessor, and accredited Innermetrix Practitioner, Denise combines evidence-based leadership coaching with hands-on recruitment insight to help organisations attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. An active voice in Ireland’s business community, she serves on the Boards of the Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF) and the County Kildare Chamber, where she champions ethical recruitment, progressive policy, and leadership excellence across industry.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in recruitment and people strategy, Elaine brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational insight, and people-centric leadership to Exec Solutions.
Her career has seen her lead high-performing teams, design and execute talent strategies, and deliver results under pressure. Elaine’s approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, an approach enriched by her academic grounding: Elaine is currently advancing her expertise through a Professional Coaching & Mentoring Diploma.
